3.8KM SWIM - 180KM BIKE - 42 RUN


CHALLENGE MADRID invites your company to participate in the WORLD CORPORATE CUP, which will be a competition for teams formed by companies (relays), which will be formed by 3 components. The competition will take place in the long distance (triathlon queen test) consisting of 3.8 km swimming, 180 km cycling and 42, 195 km running.

CHALLENGE MADRID WORLD CORPORATE CUP is an excellent tool for Human Resources departments that will allow 3 members of your company to work together outside the workplace, define themselves as a team and have a unique sports experience. DARE TO TRI!

CHALLENGE MADRID will publish a video for the company to distribute internally. The video will be accompanied by the necessary information to participate.

The company will receive requests to participate having to look for 3 components (one for each discipline).

The selection format of the 3 components will be at the sole discretion of the company.

The company will be able to standardize corporate components of the team.

The company will register its team in the competition based on the rate published on the website.

Representatives of the company will be invited to the Challenge Madrid VIP Zone to receive their team at the META at Puerta del Sol.

75 kilometres from the capital, surrounded by holm-oak woods, oak-woods and pine woods, located in the Lozoya Valley, in the middle of the North Mountain Range (“Sierra Norte”), there is one of the most enchanting and attractive touristic areas of the region of Madrid: Buitrago de Lozoya.

Swimming segment course: Riosequillo reservoir, Buitrago de Lozoya, 3.800 metres
The bicycle race will cross fabulous locations in the Madrilenian Sierra, and goes through the famous tour of the mountain passes with the ascents to Canencia, Morcuera and Cotos. In general terms, the 171 km course will go through the following locations: Starting line at swimming facilities of Canal de Isabel II in Buitrago de Lozoya, passing through Villavieja de Lozoya (km6), San Mamés (km 9,9), Gargantilla (km 13,7), Canencia village (km 22,8), Canencia Mountain Pass (km 32,3), Miraflores de la Sierra (km 38,4), Morcuera Mountain Pass (km 49,1), Rascafría (km 63,4), Cotos Mountain Pass (Km 79,9), Navacerrada Mountain Pass (km 86,4), Fuente del Ventorrillo, El Escorial, Valdemorillo, Villanueva de la Cañada, entering Madrid through M-508 road, crossing Casa de Campo and arriving at Explanada del Rey in Madrid Río. T2 transition area will be set up at Explanada del Rey in Madrid Río, point from which the Marathon will start.

Cycling segment course: Riosequillo reservoir Buitrago de Lozoya-Explanada del Rey in Madrid Río, 171 km
Triathletes must cover a total of 42 km and 195 metres.

After leaving the bicycle at Explanada del Rey in Madrid Río, triathletes will approach the river zone and start the foot race. The course is 4 laps and two transitions, and passes almost totally through Madrid River area ("Madrid Río"). The foot race, in the last transition, will finish with the ascent to the Cuesta de la Vega, before incorporating itself to Mayor Street, and entering the Puerta del Sol with the arrival at "Km 0", where the Finishing line will be situated.
