  • Registration for Long Distance, Relays/Corporate is now open until August 31st 2017. The Madrid Sierra Norte Swim Challenge will open registration May 1st, 2018.

    PAYMENT PLAN OPTION


    Athletes who register (1st payment) on or before 3 February 2018 may elect to pay via a three-part payment plan as shown in the charts below. To elect the payment plan, an athlete needs to register under the “Payment Plan” category and make the initial payment on or before 3 February 2018 + 6% Administration Fee payment. Once the first payment is done, the triathlete will receive a registration receipt and the necessary instructions to make the two remaining payments.

    All three payments must be completed for an athlete to race – partial payments will not be refunded or honored as race entries. Athletes electing the payment plan may also utilize the cancelation insurance option listed below as long as it is contracted in the 1st payment. The payment plan options are as follow:

    • Identification wrist band (1).
    • A chip and a band for wearing on the ankle.

    WHAT CAN YOU ADD TO YOUR REGISTRATION?

    • Accident insurance (obligatory for no federated triathletes) (+15€)

    LICENSE

      If you have triathlon license and, therefore, are federated: you must show your valid license at the pick up of the race number.

      If you don’t have triathlon license and, therefore, you are not federated: you must pay a day license. The fee for a day license is 15 €. You should pay it when you do the registration. The license is individual.

      If you pay the cancellation insurance of 50€:



      You can cancel your registration until 31st of July of 2018 and you will receive the 100% of the amount paid (the 50€ of the cancellation insurance and 4% administrative cost will never be refunded). In the case of three-part payment plan, if you cancel your registration before making the three payments you will also receive 100% of the amount you paid to register (€ 50 of the cancellation insurance and 6% of management fees are never refunded)



      If you don’t pay the cancellation insurance of 50€:

      • Until 31 May, you will receive the 75% of the amount paid
      • From 1 June to 30 June, you will receive the 50% of the amount paid
      • From 1 July to 31 July, you will receive the 25% of the amount paid
      • No refund from 1 August onwards.
      • 4% three-part payment plan administrative cost will never be refunded

        Only for payment plan option: If you don’t pay the cancellation insurance of 50€ and you have not made all three payments in time and form describe above:

        • 0% of the first payment.
        • 50% of the amount paid on the second payment If you request the return before making the third payment

        6% three-part payment plan administrative cost will never be refunded
